Mother’s Day Spa/BBQ

Today was a wonderful, fun, & relaxing day! 5 fantastic husbands got together & got 5 of us wifey’s a day at the spa together & then we came home to them having cooked us a delicious BBQ dinner! It was so amazing! Now we are all wondering what we can possibly do for them for Father’s Day! Here’s some pics I took at the house for dinner!

This is her kissy face. I had to come over & give her a kiss after this picture. And by the time I got there she decided to go for an open mouth kiss. And she’s teething sooo bad so drooly it was! Gross! All of these pictures were just them being them… I didn’t even say “silly faces” or anything. I just was standing there with my camera they just went crazy. I swear, my kids have no personality…

Breakfast & Belly Buttons

Zoe was so sick this weekend. She’s still getting over her bad attitude. But there were a few happier moments too. Here are some of her doing a few of her favorite things; eating breakfast-french toast with syrup & berries, and showing some skin, specifically her belly button!

you can kind of see her rash here in the picture above… it was getting a lot better by when we took it. but it was bad, all over her face, neck, & tummy. also, below was from a very brief moment of zoe sitting still in my lap… that NEVER happens! so i thought it would be funny to paint her toe nails–she chose purple!!

From Pneumonia to Rozeola…

Oh Zoe… One more way she is opposite Eli. She has been sick SO much! This one is awful. She is sooo cranky. Very clingy & very sad. Crying over everything & anything. And it’s a full on scream, not just any old whine. So awesome. To top it off we had to cancel our night away due to it. This is the 2nd time we’ve cancelled our night at the Ritz! Someday it will come! Anyway, here’s some pics I took of her the morning she started running her 103.5(on tylenol & advil-still that high) fever again…

and this next picture is what eli decided to wear to school. he dresses himself. every morning he asks, “is it hot or cold or medium,” and “what matches this?” this day was medium so he picks a long sleeve & shorts. then when it was school time i said go get your socks & shoes on. he was so proud to have matched his shorts to his shirt & his socks to his shoes… he loves these socks by the way. i will catch him sneaking them 2 days in a row sometimes. they are his tee ball socks from the easter bunny…

Mandie’s Bridal Shower

We had Mandie’s Bridal Shower last weekend. It was really fun! Lots of people, yummy food, & celebrating the union to come with some fun games & gifts. We had a Fondue theme in honor of one of Mandie’s favorite resaurants–The Melting Pot. So we had Mandie’s Melting Pot. It was a beautiful day! Thanks to Nancy Clarkson for letting us take over her home!
